Digibuggy Global Technologies LLP (“Digibuggy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Your Rights (DPDPA – India)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you (as a Data Principal) have the right to:

  • Erase personal data when it is no longer necessary for the stated purpose or when consent is withdrawn (subject to legal obligations).

  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your incapacity or death (upon provision of required documentation).
